STATIONERY INFORMATION

Our stationery uses a high-grade Italian card. The colour of the board has been chosen to integrate beautifully with all colour themes.   All Invitations are available as Day, Afternoon and Evening Invitations. All Invitations are personalised and will contain your personal wedding or event information. (SCROLL FURTHER DOWN FOR INFORMATION ON CARD SIZES & DESIGN NAMES.

WORDING - WE PERSONALISE YOUR STATIONERY

We are pleased to print your own personal choice of wording for Save The Date Cards (personalised option), Invitations, Reply Cards (personalised option), Order of Service and Menu Cards. We do usually however, offer a selection of classic wording options, and normally will compile your proofs from the information given on your order form.   We provide your proofs with our suggested wording, (unless you wish to use your own). and if any changes are requested - this is fine. This is what we do!   There is no charge for using your own wording, we are happy to provide exactly what you would like, and there is no charge for proofing, or amendments.  For Save the Date and Reply Cards, we offer you the flexibility and choice of having either Standard wording or Personalised wording options.  Our Personalised option enables you to have your personal wedding details and names printed.  

ITALIAN PARCHMENT WRAPS - (OPTIONAL FOR OUR FLAT BOARD STYLE INVITATIONS)

We offer 2-fold Italian Parchment wraps as an option should you wish to have your Flat Board style Invitations encased in this way. They can also be hand-tied closed with organza ribbon (we assemble them for you). Ribbon is optional, although we find most do choose to have their Flat Board Invitations wrapped and hand-tied with ribbon. They look beautiful. Our quality fine Italian parchment has a translucent quality, and feels smooth to touch.

TEXT TINT OPTIONS

We offer 2 Tint Options for most Items of Stationery - BLACK and DARK SEPIA.  This option is available for the personalised inserts for our 2-Fold Style Invitation Inserts, all our Flat Board Style Invitations, Reply Cards, Save the Date Cards, Place Names, Table Cards, Menus, Orders of Service, Guest Information Sheets, Seating Plan Cards  and Envelope Printing Services.  Simply specify when you order, which text colour you would prefer.   There is no charge for this service.

FONTS/TYPESTYLES

From our experience most customers choose one of two font styles.  A traditional, classic font or modern and contemporary.    We offer the choice of either of these.   Alternatively, if you are looking for a specific font style, just let us know, and we'll be happy to use.

STATIONERY SERVICES

When you look at our order form and price list, you will see a host of options for your stationery. We offer all kinds of services such as Invitations With Guest Name Printing,, Guest Information Sheet Printing, Printed or Blank Place Names, Printed or Blank Table Name/Number Cards.

CHIFFON ORGANZA RIBBON

Organza ribbon entirely optional for All Invitations. Ribbon is used to bind together our Orders of Service and Menu Cards, and is also a feature on our ALICE Save the Date card, and Seating Plan Cards. 

We stock a huge range of ribbon colours:

Ivory, Champagne Cream, Pale Pink, Soft Baby Pink, Rose Pink, Dusty Rose Pink, Fuchsia Pink, Cerise Pink, Soft Lilac, Smokey Purple, Light Blue Mist, Dark Navy, Gold, French Silver, Pale Antique Gold, Deep Ruby, Red Wine, Dark Amethyst, Burgundy, Aubergine, Milk Chocolate, Black, Dark Chocolate, Sage Green, Minty Green, Forest Green

If you would like us to use another colour, please just contact us, and we shall endeavour to provide your required colour.  We occasionally  receive requests for colours such as Apple Green, Lime Green, Teal, Aqua, Cornflower, Azure Blue, Oranges, Mango, Taupe, Midnight Blue.   Just ask, and we shall endeavour to provide your preferred ribbon colour!  

PROOFS

We offer a free proof service. We never go to print on any items until proof approval by you has been signed off and returned to us. You will be required to made any amendments on the proofs, sign and return.  Proofed Items are: Save the Date Cards (personalised option), Invitations, Reply Cards (personalised option), Orders of Service Cards, Menu Cards and Guest Information Sheets.  

IVORY OR WHITE STATIONERY?

We offer 2 colour shades of fine Italian board (card) for some of our cards - Pale Ivory or Pure White. This choice is available with Tessa Invitations, Tessa Orders of Service and Tessa Menus, plus ALL of our Flat Board Style Invitations, Reply Cards, Save the Dates, and all Table Cards. Also available for Order of the Day cards.

QUANTITIES

We do not impose minimum order quantity restrictions unlike many other companies, we are delighted to fulfill your order however small or large.

As a guide for ordering your cards,  we suggest the following quanities:

Save the Date Cards - one per household

Invitations - one per household

Reply Cards - one per Invitation and household

Orders of Service/Order of the Day - one per person, or one per couple

Menus - one per 2-3 guests.(ie. A table seating 10 people: 4 to 5 menus. A table seating 8 people: 3 to 4 menus) 

Place Name Cards - one per guest

Thank You Cards - one per household

Table Name/Number Cards - one per table

Table (Seating) Plan Decorative Card - one per table plus the Head (Top) Table
