Prices may be subject to change. Customers will be charged at current prices at time or order / payment.
All prices include VAT.
All reasonable care has been taken to ensure descriptions of products are accurate and the photographic representation is as accurate as possible.
Payment is non-refundable should the order be cancelled.
Once an Order has been placed with Kirsten Dunn, the Order quantity cannot be changed unless agreed with Kirsten Dunn. Once Orders placed have been received and proofs have been issued, costs have been incurred in order to fulfill the order, and order quantity cannot be reduced whatsoever.
Unless otherwise specified by Kirsten Dunn, delivery will be made via Royal Mail, Recorded, Special Delivery, Parcel Force or any other carrier at the discretion of Kirsten Dunn.
Kirsten Dunn will endeavour to dispatch the goods on a date agreed with the buyer.
Kirsten Dunn shall not be liable for any loss or damage of goods once despatched and passed onto royal mail or any other postal carrier for delivery.
All payments must be made in full prior to despatch of all Orders.
The customer/buyer shall make all arrangements to take delivery of the goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.
The buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods within 24 hours of delivery.
In the event of wedding cancellation or postponed date, and the buyer informs Seller more than 7 days after approval of proofs for the Stationery ordered has been made, full balance of any payment due is payable immediately.
The seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to failure by seller to dispatch or deliver the goods promptly, or at all due to reasons beyond the seller’s control and not withstanding that the seller may have delayed sending or delivering the Goods promptly the Buyer shall be bound to accept delivery and to pay for the goods in full.
If an order has been placed at short notice, (ie. outside the recommended guide time for ordering) - these orders are not guaranteed, unless an express service option has been agreed and paid for. All late orders are NOT guaranteed. Where information to process/complete an order has not been available within an agreed time frame, or at a time specified by Kirsten Dunn in order for completion to occur, the order is not guaranteed for completion and therefore no refunds or compensation will be made. It is solely the responsibility of the customer/client, to ensure stationery orders are placed within the stated guide time frames in order to avoid disapointment.
Kirsten Dunn bears no responsibility or guarantees for delivery for late orders and those late orders where changes hold back the process of completion, and where information is missing and not available in order to complete a late order.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer/client of Kirsten Dunn to provide the information required and necessary to fulfill the order.
All proofs must be checked thoroughly before approval.
Once orders have been approved, they are not able to be amended and changed. If an error or change is required after approval has been made, and printing has begun, or has been completed, the customer can either accept the stationery as it is (or as approved originally), or have the proof changed at a cost agreed with Kirsten Dunn. The cost for re-printing stationery starts from £65.
